I am extremely slow with answering comments right now. So I am sorry if you have been waiting for me to respond to a question of yours. I will try answer all of them as soon as I can. (all 250 of them :faint: )

Anyway.. I thought you should know that I am drawing from time to time and I will soon post a new drawing. so.... Stay tuned!.

My name is Per Svanström, I'm 25 years old and I'm a self-taught pencil artist.

Drawing has always been a big passion in my life but mostly just a hobby. I have been making serious portraits since 2003 and today it's more then a hobby. It's starting to become a large part of my life and I'm hoping it will be the only thing I will work with later on in my life.

"What I like the most about drawing is to take on a new challange and to learn how to draw all shapes and colors in the grey scale.
It's not about making it look like a photo. I like the illusion of the photorealism a drawing can make but you should still be able to see that it's made by pencil."

Can I ask what type of paper you use because I haven't found paper yet--when working with pencils and using different techniques--that make my images come out as smooth and non-grainy as yours do.
