I made this drawing in 2003.
I dont remember how long it took, I started it sometime in the summer 2002 and didn't finish it until like 6 months after.
The ref pic was from some animal book my mom had.
Anyway I'm still very proud of this one. Before this drawing, all I drew was cartoons and stuff like that. So I can honestly say that this is "my first serious drawing". If you don't count the drawings when I added colors and shadings to Donald Duck as serious drawings
it's so so lovely, i've started drawing serious portraits from my age starting to be 14, i mean the last august, i was drawing anime too! but you're completly better than me, you've an amazing gallery
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
